Vodacom
Vodacom needs to read up on CPA

I upgraded my phone at the end of March 2013 to a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE. I have had network and battery problems from the beginning. The first time I called in (day 6 of owning the phone), I was told to take the battery out and I should be sorted. This fixed the network problem for a couple of days but then I started experiencing the problem again. I took my phone in to Vodacare Cresta and I was told that it was past the 7 day mark and it would have to go in for repairs. I have now taken my phone in to Vodacare four times and not once was I given a loan phone as they had there were none in store. I have been told different stories by your consultants and would like to cancel or do a contract reversal, as I was not informed of your LTE problems when I purchased the phone. I had to take the box back on Monday and was informed that I'd be receiving a new phone but I got there and was until Friday (tomorrow). I have just received an sms stating that my job number is currently in the quality assessment process. I am fed up with Vodacom and would like someone to help me once and for all as I am paying for a phone that I do not have in my possession - that goes against the CPA.
