The only time cells pull their fingers out their backside is when i complain on hellopeter. Cell c has the worst network connection and fully INCOMPETENT people working for them!!! CELL C I CANCELLED MY BIS TO WHICH I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE CONFIRMING THIS AND YET YOU GO ON CHARGING ME FOR IT!!! I contacted your useless customer care dep to which i was told someone24 to 48 hours i would have someone contact me!! ONCE AGAIN THIS HAS NOT BEEN MY FIRST INCIDENT WITH CELL C AND THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE STAFF..
