I have lodged a request to transfer my line within the same area almost 30 days ago. No one has contacted me, I had to constantly follow up with Telkom to provide me the staus of my request.
After escalating the query online, and mentioning "call me", they email me to let me know that that there is no infrastructure in the area, namley Paulshof. How can this be when I had previously had the line at the complex next door.
Each time I call the call centre, I am on hold for over 15 minutes. This kind of service is unacceptable and pathetic!
I have been billed for the Month of August, yet my line was not even transffered for August! This is ridiculous.
