I think we all know by now that Cell C could just as well not have a customer care. My network is not working (no phone calls, sms or even customer care calls). I had to contact cell C on a Vodacom line, when the Care people said that I will have to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to me. So yes, switch to Cell C and have no network, then wait 24hours to maybe get it fixed!? I wish I had never gotten a Cell C contract.
