The only time Cell C responds is when I have to go via Hello Peter.
I logged an incident over a week ago regarding my horrible cell phone reception (which I take as a breach of contract... as I was advised and promised I'll have perfect coverage). I was told that they'll give a response within two working days but I'M STILL WAITING.
Yesterday I had an incident where I was locked out of my car and desperately needed my phone but as usual I had no network coverage. I was so frustrating and I was aggravated as I had to wait for someone to come look for me. I could have a life threatening incident where I'd need to use my phone and I won't be able to. I hold Cell C fully responsible.
I have voiced my frustration to Cell C with regards to the network coverage over 6 time in less than 5 months. I have a smart phone that's totally useless. It was the biggest mistake switching to Cell C.
I wouldn't advise anyone to switch to Cell C.
