NETWORK COVERAGE

I am tired of complaining to CELL C regarding my NETWORK COVERAGE on my BB.I call 140 and am put on hold for ever, I complain via CELL C WEB SITE and COMPLAIN VIA FB, still no response. Customer SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT at Cell C!!!
NETWORK is a major PROBLEM AT CELL C!!!
