Cell C have let me down again, i have to say, i sincerely regret taking out a cell phone contract with CellC for the following 3 reasons:
1) 10 weeks ago i contacted Cell C saying that i had network issues as of yet i have received no feed back from you despite having contacted you various times. ref: number 1798653
2) I get told that you have escalated my query and someone from your network department will contact me in 48 hours, as i was told this on the 05 Aug 2013, at 7:45 AM, clearly noone has ever bothered to contact me so much for a "quick follow up". Today is the 8th august and i still am still waiting that "quick follow up". (Case Number: 3073101146)
3) I still have no data coverage during the day so essentially the phone is useless
I am very disappointed with your customer service and your coverage and i have to say again that taking out a contact with CellC was a big mistake!
