Cell C
Nothing as bad as Cell C

I logged a case with Nompumelelo in Cancellations on Monday 20 May. She said that RAM will collect my phone and once received, my contract will be cancelled with no charges. I have waited for over 48 working hours and nobody has contacted me.
After speaking to Nompumelelo yesterday, she said that she would speak to the Cell C store in Sasolburg where my contract was signed, and that she would call me back. I received no call from her. I called the customer line again today, and twice after waiting for over half an hour for the cancellations dept, the call abruptly ended.
The salesman at the Sasolburg Cell C store has received no response from Cell C on his end. I left a message this morning for Nompumelelo to contact me but have received no response.
I am horrified by the amount of frustration I am going through with Cell C. It has been going on for months, and each time I receive an absolutely useless response on HELLOPETER.
I have been battling to get my phone returned and my contract cancelled. There is absolutely nobody that is willing to assist, or that knows how to do their job at Cell C, from the network to the customer care line, even 'TK CELL C'.
I am beyond frustrated.
