Cell C - GET IT

I have a problem with Cell C, GET IT. I am now trying 5 months to cancel get it, on my contract, last month I did received a message and phone call from Kegan to advise me that this was cancelled, but after I now received my latest statement on email it is still not removed from my acc. I did liaise with the call centre, many times, they read my message from this morning, and this is as far it would goes. I am sick and tired to pay for something I don't use, and need to be refunded the whole amount debited from my account. As i am a pensioner and only working part time R34.50 per month is a lot for me.
It is not my fault they keep on charging me.
Can you pls help me, you are now my last resort. What can I do from my side to finalise this matter?
