This is reference to my complaint on Hello Peter 5 Aug 2013 and complaint to Cell C customer Care on 7 Aug 2013.
My internet is slow as! I find it more convenient to use my Samsung Galaxy S4 on the Vodacom Network!! It is faster and more reliable. the average download speed on Cell C now is 2ok Bytes per second!
Also I don't appreciate it when I get an email from Nonhlana Margeret Mashele when she uses SMS/Text style language " someone will contact u." I'm not her friend that can be used by using this unprofessional and informal approach! She also stated that nobody contacted me because I didn't leave contact details. Funny Hello Peter has my contact details when you log a complaint! Pathetic excuses like that show that people at Cell C don't know what's going on!
Then I get a response from the Technical Support Team. I must fill in a form for a Network Enquiry. I did that TWICE ALREADY at the N1 City Branch! Don't you people know what is going ON!
You people at Cell C are useless and I'm no longer interested in doing business with such an incompetent and unprofessional Company!! I give Cell C till Monday morning 9 Am 12 Aug to contact me or I'll seek business elsewhere!
