After waiting for twenty odd minutes on the phone for someone to answer the call was dropped, I had to phone back and then had to wait another 31 minutes for someone to answer their phone. I was not on the phone for longer than a minute, but this person (I could not get her name) was unbelievably care free, as soon as I ask her a question, she takes a while to respond in a sarcastic way. Luckily I cancelled my contract with Vodacom and will be using Cell C in the future, I will also tell all my family and friends about the poor customer service I received.
