What is the point of a customer care if no one is going to answer?? I bet the answer to this query will be: sorry we experienced high call volumes. This is now the third time I am phoning Vodacom Customer care to find out about roaming and I am still waiting for someone to answer (it has been 10 minutes now). The previous two calls took 12 minutes and then I just got cut off, NO answer. And Vodacom has the most annoying call waiting music! Thanks for not aswering Vodacom!
