As a Vodacom contract customer, I have been trying to contact customer care for the past 3 days to no avail. I had spent an hour on 30 November holding on for an agent without an answer. On 01 December I had spent an hour on the first try and 1 hour and 35 minutes on the 2nd attempt. As I write this complaint I am holding on for 25 minutes and still no answer. Vodacom customer does not even give a call back option!! Terrible when you are away on business and need assistance. I guess the customer no longer matters.
Definitely cancelling my contract.
