I would like to complain about the Insurance Call Centre, it took 35 minutes for them to answer the call!!! I had a 2 minute question but wasted 35 minutes of my time waiting for them. AND when i told them i was not impressed he said they have high call volumes and i was put through to someone else who i might add also took another 5 minutes to answer the phone! With the prices MTN charge us they should employ more staff in their call centres - it is not my problem you have high call volumes! Valued Customer and Customer Service what a sham! I don't feel valued! I think this is absolutely disgusting!
