My MTN account was suspended because of now payment received. The past 6 months I paid electronically. On the end of July, I phone customer services with my new banking details for my debit order. I received an SMS back from MTN Customer Services to inform me my banking details are on their system for debit order. What a surprise, my account is now been suspended because I did not pay them, what happen to the debit order arrangements. I call in this morning they will only activate one line, until I send them proof of payment. My proof of payment reference was already sent to them at 08:20, its 6 hours later no other line is on yet. The other lines are my only connection with my 3 men working for the SAPS, what happen in a case of emergency. Why stay longer with MTN?
