I migrated from a talk 500 package to a smart L plan. this was done over the phone and no one explained to me that i would loose my accumalated minutes. or i would not have changed the package. I have had the same cell number with vodacom since they went live in the 90's. i have been a loyal customer for years and have never missed a payment on my account. what gives vodacom the right to from me. i called the customer care in a phonecall that lasted over 20 minutes of which more than half i was kept on hold. all that they could tell me is that they can escalate the problem. no one informed me when they took my minutes away. now i must wait 48 hours for a resolution to the problem. vodacom promised to send me a reference number via sms and i am still waiting for this elusive sms. I want my minutes back.
