I have been to a Vodacom store at trade route mall, i applied for a contract, but Vodacaom had denied it (that's what the store assistant had told me).
This pass weekend i decided to attempt taking out another contract, so i went to alberton-Makro, however they could not approve my account, apparently my account i had requested in June had been approved.so while in store i called from my OWN cellphone to a vodacom centre to help me, not sure why the store assistant Ntabiseng Motwane could not or assist or help me. They had to first error my account and for the assistant to reapply for me. The system could not process my deal and i am still uncertain t why it has been so.
