BEING BILLED FOR FREE PHONE I DID NOT WANT!

I was phoned in early January by a Vodacom call centre agent to be told I have won a phone and they are sending it to me. I firstly said I already have a phone and I don't need a second one, but she said it's free so I can give it away or whatever. She confirm about 100 times that it will not cost me a cent extra per month and it is not a contract, it's just Vodacom saying thank you for my loyalty. Eventually after she confirmed again that I will pay nothing extra per month and would not take NO for an answer, she sent me the phone. Suddenly there were debit orders going off on my account and I have not even used the phone once or opened the sim card that came with the phone. Now I get 6 accounts in my e-mail inbox from Vodacom for a contract I never took out or even signed for!!! I phoned customer services on 082111 and spoke to Godwin who was very helpful and transferred me to 0821945 where I waited for about 20 minutes and nobody answered... I am very unhappy and frustrated and I will NOT PAY for this contract as I never agreed to a contract. If someone from Vodacom can take the time to sort this mess I would really appreciate it!!!
