BILLING LIMIT FACILITY

I would like to know why MTN stopped their billing limit facility. When I applied for an account I chose the one I can afford and can manage.
The one contract I took was the laptop and 75mb internet bundle, thinking that if the bundle is finish I can purchase a bundle I can afford. But it did not work like that. My account went past the 75mb and I end up using a lot more. The same with my husband. He took the SAmsung with 300mb data bundle, bt every month his account is more than it should be.
Now according to MTN I should monitor my account. Why then advertise it as 75mb or 300mb bundle.
Yet again MTN let me down. I think they should bring back Billing limit facility.
