This is the second occasion when Ive been billed incorrectly.

First Incident:
After renewing my contract to anytime 350 that included 50 sms and 75mb data bundle 25 Mb from MTN. This for some reason was did not get linked to my account so I was billed incorrectly. I contacted the Nashua Mobile and a consultant relinked the data bundle and processed a credit on my account without providing details of the credit so Im not sure how many months I was billed incorrectly. I did not query further as it seem ed to cumbersome to query again, but I had to call in again to get the data bundle relinked again as it stopped for some reason.

Second Incident
I recently received an sms from Nashua Mobile stating that my call limit was increased to R2000 due to my account being in good standing, I did not request limit increase. I called in to query why my call limit was increased and requested for the limit to be set to R300 after having a debate with the consultant over the amount I wanted to set. Before setting the limit I had purchased a 1GB data bundle with my loyalty points which doesnt seem to have taken effect so I was effectively being billed incorrectly.
