CONTINUED Billing Problems after upgrade!!!

I've been having a nightmare this month since I took up my upgrade in early Jan14. After addressing billing disclosure issues that occurred with my data (As discussed with Mamello-Call ID3001412372) upon moving from a BIS contract, I hoped my problems relating to the billing had been overcome. I've had a soft blocking limit of R900 which was temporarily increased to R950 after the aforementioned problem with non BIS data charges that had been charged at the out of data bundle rates. Part of resolving my 1st problem involved purchasing a data bundle since it turned out that my new upgrade's data bundle only became effective on 1 Feb. I have since reached this temporarily set new limit of R950 but what shocked me upon calling to temporarily increase this further just to get to the end of the month is that my bill is actually sitting at R1500! My first issue is how I even went R500 over the last limit then also, the guy I dealt with said I had used 300MB of data over the 1 GB data bundle purchased when addressing the initial problem. My network message from *111# says "You have 345MB data and 404MB Night Owl Data" so I dont see how my data could be causing this massive spike in billing!
