Went to 8ta in Highveld Mall in Witbank seven (7) times to renew my contract. Every time a different problem: Off-line; don't have all my details; no stock; etc. Twice did they promise to call me back but needless to say: Did not happen! Today they need prove of payment. They said I can e-mail proof of payment to the Head Office but they could not give me 8ta head office e-mail - not even after they made a phone call! Only advantage of this store is that you need not stand in ques to wait because there just is nobody else in the store and I now know why. Vodacom here I come!
