Well three weeks ago I renewed my Autopage contract.

I took the Cell 100 400Meg of date Samsung S4 Mini
I also ordered a second data sim to share data only on my Laptop.
I explained to the agent at the time that i did not want my voice service to move to the new SIM.
Only the data service must be shared.

Paid them around R 350.00 for all of this.

When they activated my service my main number stopped receiving calls.
The callers were getting my voice mail.when ever my Laptop was active.

So i called the call center 0861 23 2424, got a customer service rep.
He told me that my Sim might be faulty and recommended that i change my sim as i had sim insurance.
I explained to him that all of this started when i migrated. and he said that they need to trouble shoot and start with the sim.

I then change handsets and noticed that the problem persisted
I moved the data sim to my Tablet and started receiving calls on that device.

Called the call centre again and they told me that its a forwarding issue.

Called again and spoke to Lucia (manager) and was told no its an IT issue

Called in at the store and was told wrong service as loaded
was told there is nothing they can do
