Poor poor service

I upgraded my contract on the 2nd September 2013 from an anytime 350 to a new anytime 350 with a Samsung Note 2. It was explained to me that I would get R350 airtime value, 350 sms's, 350 mb data bundle as well as 60 mtn to mtn minutes for R469 per month. I also asked the lady to cancel my 75mb recurring data bundle as I would get 350mb data now. My airtime updated on the 8th September: - surprise surprise!! R350 airtime, 50 sms's and NO dataexcept for the 75mb of data that was not cancelled as requested. I went back to Clearwater where I updated my contract and was told that they cannot fix this but would log a call with reference nr: 2630276 and I would be contacted Monday morning. I was also told by the "manager" that the 75mb data bundle was now cancelled which again was not done, Again a surprise!! NOBODY FROM MTN CONTACTED ME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. The last three upgrades I did was a mess on MTN's side, should have known it would not improve! This will be my last upgrade with MTN. My husband will move to Vodacom in January. We have 8 sims between us and will move away from MTN.
