I took out a 2gig data bundle last year before I took out 2 more contracts from mtn as I now it is a good service provider.. The debit order of R557 goes off every month from mtn and I have never failed to pay the account (via debit order) The 2gig data bundle gets cut off every 2nd month for some reason... When I go to my Meyerton branch, the consultant behind the counter phones accounts to rectify my account when they then tell the consultant that I have reached my credit limit... I do not understand that term as it is a contract and not a "clothing" account.. The operator tells the consultant that they must increase my limit... I increase the "credit limit" to get my data bundle cut off the next day again... The most shocking part is that the consultant at the mtn shop cannot tell me what a "credit limit" is on a contract. I am still cut off and cannot read my emails from my work related clients via my internet...
