Mtn data billing goes wild

I have come to realise that MTN is billing my data incorrect.

1. On the 6th day of my billing cycle, i had supposedly consumed 2gigs of data over and above my 750mb on my contract. With the unbilled balance at R2'200 in feb. i instructed mtn to teminate by data sevice, had I not done this my data would have ended up at say R8-10k... Can i afford this... No.

2. I spoke with an ex MTN exec and he told me that the iphone can monitor my data useage. Which currently reads: sent 74mb and recieved 840mb. According to my unbilled balance on MTN active i have consumed 1, 4gig. I am expecting a big argument a second time round.

3. What does 8ta charge for out of bundle data 30c/mb... That is cheaper than mtn in-bundle rate. What is MtN outof bundle rate R2.00/mb. Rip-off

4. Don't bother loading the "data cut-off and self imposed limit" on the mtn active self service web-site. No consumer protection NCA protection here, cuase i loaded, "limit data useage" not to exceed R50, out of bundle.
