I currently have a contract agreement of R100 airtime, 25Sms and 75MB of data per month for 24mnths at R139pm, But now since the 75MB is not enough for me I added an additional service myself of 300MB at R99pm via [URL Removed]
What happened next was that my 75MB was kicked out by this 300MB and yet I still pay for my Subscription of R139mp this additional R99 - I find this as, simple because my Contract says I will get R100airtime, 25sms and 75MB of data at R139pm. Its been 2 full months now paying for this 75MB which is not loaded onto my account!
I need a refund!
