Billing discrepancy - Vodacom deactivates 8-lines

With regret and as an entrepreneurial business, today we experienced Vodacom having not only deactivated but also deleted 8-of our active business lines.
Vodacom's automatic system makes the decision, based on 'whatever mathematical calculations ' of deleting 8 lines belong to a corporate account. No human soul at Vodacom bothers of questioning the system or more importantly makes an effort to contact us the customer.
Vodacom claiming the business account being in arrears. Statements were requested but never received. Our bank statements are proof for estimated EFT's being done every month and last transaction refers to 31/07/2013.
Due to the complete deletion of the 8-lines, Vodacom insisted on reapplying in person at a Vodashop because it entails a new SIM card and costs of course.
The most disturbing fact Vodacom FORCE us to sign a debit order (compulsory) for min. of 6-month otherwise Vodacom would NOT reinstate the 8-lines - blackmail.
Further we were advised that the reactivation will take 3-5 days. Last consultant promised 24h.
I wonder whether the CEO of Vodacom bothers about the customer base that pay his salary and bonus.
