DISGUSTED WITH VODACOM

I have a Blackberry Top-Up contract with Vodacom, that is due for an upgrade but i still pay my monthly subscription which included BIS. However, since the contract has ended and is due for upgrade, Vodacom no longer gives me BIS despite the fact that i still pay the exact same fee.

I have accumilated R800 in airtime, but they will however not allow me to use my airtime to purchase BIS, which is a service provided by every other network. I was was willing to pay the little bit extra. WTH Vodacom! Vodacom wants me to take out a BIS monthly contract. I also cannot purchase the BIS as a top-up! This is ridiculous!

So fed up with Vodacom!!! I want my BIS today, or i'm seriously considering moving all my lines and my family's lines to another network. Someone needs to contact me ASAP!
