Premature cancellation

I had cancelled 2 of my vodacom lines on the 26th June 2013. Vodacom failed to do the debit off my account of R708.01 for the 1st July. I have no received a statement from Vodacom for an amount of R1136.86. I was told that the R708.01 will be my last payment which was for the 1st July and i will not be billed for the 2 lines i cancelled for July. I have now been billed a further R 428.85 for July which is fir the 2 lines i cancelled and the 1 line i still currently have. I refuse to pay the fee for the lines i cancelled as i was guaranteed that i will no receive another bill for them once the payment goes off my account on the 1st of July which Vodacom failed to do.

I am utterly sick of struggling with Vodacom. I want my bill sorted out as i will not allow Vodacom to debit my account for contracts i didn't utilize. I request that this be sorted out by Vodacom as soon as possible please.
