Good day,

Last year I took a MyGig contract with Vodacom for internet bundles. Firstly the consultant created a wrong contract for me. I wanted the Night Owl option, instead she created that i can recharge once the bundles have run-out. I tried to have that changed but i was told to pay 80 PRECENT of the contract. I had no choice but to accept the contract the way it is.

Now i have moved to soweto in protea glen, there is no network coverage there and i cannot even do my work at home while every month my money is deducted on my account. So Vodacom can you please improve your network coverage in protea glen please. I have been disappointed about this whole contract and i cannot wait for it to end next year.
