NO INTERNET CAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS LESS THAN R2500/M

I recently moved into a new complex with hardly any signal.
I cant make proper calls and can't go onto the internet at all.
I am now being told that a booster cant be put up in my house cause my account is less than R2500/month even though it was confirmed that the network coverage is very poor in the area.
BUT I can get a booster put up in my house if I pay for it or I have to wait untill one day an extra tower is erected in the area.
Vodacom always says they have the best service and the best network coverage, but I dont believe that anymore.
This is pathetic of Vodacom to know there is a problem and not wanting to do anything about it.
I am loosing wortk and now also have to pay more for my calls as I have to make them during the day where I have network coverage instead of at night from home.
