I have late last year nov/dec time logged a call with vodacom about signal coverage in my area for my broadband, which vodacom responded by indicating that a need for a tower to be installed was to be underway, no time commitment was given to this. due to this I have a right to cancel the contract without paying the cancellation fees because I was never advised on coverage and the fact that time lines to resolve this issue may take longer, I have since requested this cancellation which the Network department has noted and sent to the cancellation department. I cant pay something that i'm unable to use. I need this contract to be cancelled it is not worth its use. I dont want to pay anymore on this. Vodacom cancel this contract or put in the required tower for me to have a good or excellent reception.
