No network coverage

I have had a Galaxy S3 since June last year on my Vodacom contract. The phone keeps on loosing signal and then shows the message "No network coverage". This problem was there from the beginning of the contract, but has now become so bad I am unable to make or receive calls or messages for most of the day.
I stay in Pretoria area and move around mostly between here and Sandton and I have never had problems with any network or cellphone in these areas before.
I have heard a number of these complaints from friends and colleagues who also has the Samsung Galaxy S3 on a Vodacom contract.
This is not acceptable, because I make my money out of talking to clients and that is why is made the choice to pay more for what I thought was the best phone and the best cellphone network.
Very dissapointed :(
