Wrong billing

I am a vodacom customer i have a top up contract with them on a cell phone 0722665951 and i have been with vodacom for more than 10 years now and i took a 3G contract last year feb and it has been a year now since i took this contract it has never given me 2mg when i use it and they always send me sms of how much extra miga bites are left in my account that i have not used. the end of february i got an invoice of R2700 taken out of my account saying that R2200 was of the data bundles used in the 3g when i called them they said the cannot show me how this bundles were charged i will need to pay R20 again so as i can see how they came about this billing, i stay in westonaria and the coverage is none existant i badle with the 3g connection and only to be told at the end of the month that i have used an equivalent of 10gigs in a month when i had the 3g for a year i could never use even 1 mega bite, this just goes to show that there is no credebility and i am willing to cancell this contracts and pay thr fines and never use vodacom ever cause i am afraid this will happen again
