I am a loyal Vodacom subscriber for many years. My complaint is around the network coverage at Glen Ridge Ext 16 at Protea Glen Soweto. In 2007, I had the same complaint and was ask by vodacom to some x amount cell for people who encounter the same problem. All cell numbers where collected and partitioned to vodacom. And responded that the are looking at sorting out the problem and I was furnished with the ref number of which now I have lost. Good news the tower was installed at the area around January this year 2013 .Now to my surprise it not yet up and running so far and It is affecting me so badly as I rely on 3g coverage for work purposes. I use Internet to link up with my employers server in order to execute my duties at work. Please help a desperate Vodocom subscriber Eric Magwaza. This massage is directed to the Chief Executive or managing director at Vodacom or even their exco members.
