A year ago I complained to Vodacom about the lack of network coverage in my area, Eventually in October I received an sms stating that a new mast had been installed and the signal would improve. well - it has never been worse.
I cannot complain directly to Vodacom because their website sends a pin code to your phone to allow you to log a complaint - but no cellphone coverage either so I don't receive the pin!
I have a cellphone contract and a data contract and both are a complete waste of money because I absolutely cannot use them from home.
My average data transfer rate is less than 50kbs. There is no 3G coverage whatsoever so I limp along HSDPA
