Reported slow connection 27/08/13 next day technician came and told me he will phone to reset the line >< I already did it with Telkom adsl x3. Next day still the same, reported again. Tried several times to solve it with Telkom adsl on the phone till the technician came the 2/9/31. guess... still the same. Reported again and told me they will send a more qualified technician to come have a look then the next day got an sms it is solved. till today 5/9/13 no progress ping is ok 60-120 use to be around 50, download speed 21-70 kbps, upload speed 300-400 kbps. Did a system restore to a week before and turned all background software off on pc, even disconnected pc and test on laptop wifi.. Ether way its still the same, meaning problem is not on my side
