NO NETWORK COVERAGE

Vodacom knows that they cannot carry the customer load to the network in the Meyerton Area, but still they make promises of bettering the service and re-new contracts. Whenever I want to phone, the "call is not allowed" because of "no network coverage". I have complained so many times. Vodacom's sms to me 04/12/13 Dear Vodacom Customer: Please be advised that we are still awaiting the new tower planned for the Meyerton area to improve signal coverage and will keep you updated with the progress. We would like to thank you for your patience... PATIENCE? I fwd the message to our local newspaper. Vodacom phones me aknowledge that they have a problem and will cancel my contract "no penalties to you Mrs Grant" ref EC-ZHC5-3UL8QD 05/12/13. It is days now that I can AGAIN not make any calls, "call not allowed" "no network coverage" or the signal disappears while we talk. Vodacom is still prosessing the request. I did not request, they offered to cancel. Vodacom 's promises is useless & whenever I phone THEM and the call ends on a "no network coverage" they do not phone back or maybe they do, but cannot get hold of me because of the "no network coverage". NOW WHAT VODACOM HOW MUCH LONGER?
