I NEED TO CANCELL MY CONTRACT

I TOOK A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM PROTEA GLEN MALL ON THE 17/02/2013 AND WAS TOLD THE LAPTOP WILL BE IN THE STORE BY THE 20TH AND THEY WILL CALL ME. NOBODY CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHATS GOING ON. I KEPT ON CALLING THEM EVERYDAY TO FIND OUT BUT THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME THEY NOT SURE WHEN THE STOCK WILL ARRIVE. IF THEY DONT KNOW WHO SHOULD??? I'VE GOT THE REASON WHY I TOOK THAT CONTRACT BECAUSE I WANT TO USE THE LAPTOP FOR MY ASSIGNMENTS. NOW MY ASSIGMENTS ARE DUE AND STILL NO LAPTOP FOR ME. I NEED THIS CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES THEN I CAN GO AND GET IT SOMEWERE ELSE. ONCE THE CONTRACT IS CANCELLED I NEED PROOF THAT ITS BEEN CANCELLED. I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO BE A VODACOM CUSTOMER BUT THEY LET ME DOWN. THE STAFF AT PROTEA GLEN ARE NOT EVEN HELPFUL EVERYTIME I CALL ALL THEY CAN SAY IS "I DONT KNOW" THEY DONT EVEN SAY LET ME FIND OUT THEN ILL GET BACK TO YOU...
