Poor Network Connection in Terenure

Dear Mr CEO,

I bought a 200GB bundle from Cell with my hard earned money. Surprise, suprise when I got home in Terenure Midriver Estate, the connection to Cell C requires that I spend hours trying to connect to the internet. My dropbox needs days to synchronise.

Is this a Brand South Africans should trust? How does one do business using a network like this that fails you in the middle of Joburg. I shudder to think what'll happen when I'm in the Northern Cape.

The Yellow network is also just as poor. Why should we all just pay high prices at Vodacom and have brilliant connectivity everywhere? Your price cutting is useless if I can' t be on the network. It's like buying chicken for a reduced price and realising that you can't eat it afterwards cause it's got bird flu!

My money would have been better spent elsewhere, with less GBs but at least good connection.By the way I'm able to connect because I'm not at my home in Joburg. So please don't mislead the public and tell them it's time to change to cell c without also informing them that the connectivity is frustratingly poor.

I demand to have HSDPA connectivity at Midriver Estate at all times.
