I didn't have my blackberry Z10 for long and I have few problems that needs to be sorted out and I need to send it in for repairs. For the Past week since I decided to hand it in I cannot get hold of the MTN insurance on 083 123 6084. When I call the number it either tells me the Number is not available or the Number I dialed doesn't exist.
It being Like this for a week and even the Call Centre been sending them email to contact me but there still no response from them. How the can this been happening when I am paying for a service and I am recieving none.
