Poor Customer Services and bad attitude

I go to the N1 City MTN branch almost every month to pay my account and every month I have a bad experience there. Tuesday was however, the worst ever. There was a very long line of customers. There are 4 terminals but only 1 was in operation. 2 Terminals had consultants but they both had "hand-made" CLOSED signs on the table. The 1 in the corner typed away graciously on her cell phone and the other one, chatting away with a fellow colleague. After 1/2 hour standing in line, I asked how is it possible that they have 2 terminals CLOSED at this time of the day (when the Mall is at its busiest). The 1 consultant, RAZIA, said with an attitude, SHE WORKS TILL 4PM. So why if she is working until 4, is she still sitting at a terminal chatting away to the consultant who has to work there to service the clients next. I don't care whether she works until 4, that branch must be operational until 7pm. She breathed words to her colleague about me after I posed that question. When I asked to speak to the manager, Shuray Mooley, the other consultant, quickly said "He is on his way out". If you walk in at that branch, you will notice that MOST STAFF have a body language of I DONT FEEL LIKE WORKING
