I am with MTN as a service provider and when I took my contract out with them I decided to stick with MTN for my cellphones insurance too.
I recently dropped and broke my phone and I have been trying to contact MTN Insurance via telephone for the last three days. Everytime I phone the Insurance call centre on 083 123 6084 no one answers.
I am really upset because I feel like I am paying for an insurance I am unable to use because people are too stupid to pick up the phone and deal with customers. I will never ever go through MTN insurance again and I will even go as far as changing my cellphone contract to a different service provider once this one is done.
I am currently sitting without any form of cellphone because I cant get through to MTN insurance to help me sort out my claim.
Can someone please assist as when I went into an MTN store they were just as useless with assisting me.
