No Response from MTN Insurance

I've been trying to contact MTN Insurance since Friday; as I broke my phone and urgently need to lodge an insurance claim, however, the MTN insurance number either has network issues or nobody answers.

All I require is a functional contact number or email address or fax number, where I can lodge my insurance claim, and claim for a replacement phone ASAP. I'll even pay the access, provided you can assist!
