I'm extremely disappointed by the service provided by MTN sp insurance as I lost my contract cell phone in which I was given a number to call the insurance to lodge a claim which is 083 123 6084, this number is not going through and I have been placed on hold for more than 3 hours and with each attempt make the call again I'm placed on hold even longer. I tried to call the customer service department in which my details have been take by a number of consultants and advised that the insurance will call me back which has been 3days still with no response.
I need to lodge a claim so I can get my lost cell phone replaced, I have never given any problems with making payments but the service is horrible. MTN is always had the bad service but this is really beyond me. I need this sorted out asap.
