On 26 June, I woke up and my Blackberry was dead. I took it to Norwood MTN where I waited an hour only to be told it must be sent away, which it was. I was contacted to collect it two weeks later and it was not fixed. I was told there was water damage, which is impossible. I have been trying to get hold of MTN insurance for almost two months and every email address I am given by MTN bounces back. The phone calls get cut off. I am at the end of my tether. I have been paying insurance every month through MTN. I need my phone repaired urently or I will be forced to port over to another service provide, whihc will probably be much cheaper too and I will certainly reieve better service.
