Oneplan, this is pathetic. Can you please correct your details on you website? I have tried numerous times to contact you guys and never know which route to take. If I mail [Email Removed] which is the email address on your website, I get a email failure message back. The message is: This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that an email you addressed to email address : -- [Email Removed] could not be delivered. The problem appears to be : -- Recipient email server rejected the message.
With luck, I usually get through to somebody. And then it takes 2 days (Once took 2 weeks) to come back to me. Can you please attend to this matter? I am looking at other medical insurance because of this and I am sure I am not alone.
