TERRIBLE SERVICE as a network provide

Lodged first dispute ever on 23/07/2013 (usd: 2441539)

after receiving no response to above usd, I called 808 on 17/08/2013. I was then informed that it had been closed (without response after several comments were left for feedback). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 6 minutes, to which Mazika returned and told me that the supervisor had said that he must tell me to relog the usd on the 21st of august. Asked for the supervisor AGAIN and was put on hold for 3 minutes before he came back and said that the supervisor (Regina moloi) would phone me back on my mothers number. To date I am still waiting for this apparent return call. Linda (who has been very understanding and helpful) of mtn knowles relogged 2 usd numbers at my request...

to date I have no feedback. I am appalled at the shoddy service I have received from mtn and feel that since I have been a loyal paying client (always on time) I should have been treated a lot more professionally. In the future I will not be using mtn for any further contracts or services and shall be looking at alternate service providers.
