Unacceptable service

This has to be some of the worst service if have ever received from a cellphone service provider. On the 21/11/2013 my monthly airtime got added to the airtime and data I hade left and on the 22/11/2013 I was left with R1.00 and o.ooMB left. I then phone MTN on the 22/11/2013 ref nr for call 106376781 and was advices that the airtime and data would be put back into my account within 2-24 hours... On Saturday 23/11/2013 I phone in agin to query and was informed that a wrong request was lodged and that n new one would be lodged and resolved within 2-24 hours and once agin did not materialised ref for call 106406663. Only after speaking to another consultant and the supervisor ref for call today 106439547 I was informed that it might be resolved within 7-14 days. On request of both calls for 22-23/11/2013 I was advised by the supervisor that he will note give the to me. If this is how MTN treats their customers they have lost this customer for certain...
